Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Emre Game Shop ("the Service"), operated at tinfoil.emre.zip, provides a subscription-based Tinfoil-compatible shop index. The Service functions solely as an indexing and directory service that provides metadata references.

The Service does NOT host, store, distribute, or transmit any copyrighted game files, ROMs, or other protected content. No game data of any kind resides on our servers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans: Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly. All plans include a free trial period as indicated at the time of sign-up.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Free Trial

New users may be eligible for a free trial. During the trial period you may cancel at no charge. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan will begin billing automatically.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments made after the free trial period are non-refundable. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during your trial before committing to a paid plan.

6. Device Limits

Each subscription plan includes a specific number of registered devices. The Monthly plan allows 1 device, the Quarterly plan allows 2 devices, and the Yearly plan allows 3 devices. Exceeding your device limit may result in service restrictions.

7. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and any content you access through it. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, or suspected fraudulent activity.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Emre Game Shop be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
